2023 Beekeepers Class

Welcome! If you are a new beekeeper, interested, thinking about, or just curious about honey bees and beekeeping, you can learn a lot at the Beekeeping Class January 28, 2023 (snow date is Feb 4, 2023). The class is hosted and presented by the Heart of Illinois Beekeepers Association. The class will be held at the Peoria County Farm Bureau, 1716 N University St Ste 3, West Peoria, IL 61604. The class will run from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Check-in at 8:30 AM) Lunch will be provided for all attendees. The price of the meal is included in the $100 entry fee. If you would like to bring a spouse or a child (age appropriate please), add an additional $10 for their meal.
